After its inception in the 2022 Season, the SANFLW Development League hosted its first Grand Final in 2023. 

Coached by Ryan Skouborg and Captained by Tamara Page, the Panthers Development League earnt themselves the flag after defeating Norwood. 

Goal kickers were Jess Kirk, Hannah Murdoch, and Abby Woodward. 

Best players were Jorja Hooper, Caitlin Ross, Melanie Koster, Gypsy Schirmer and Nari Wright.
