Ollie Davis wins the 2025 Knuckey Cup while Soriah Moon caps off a dominant season with her second Margaret Nyland Medal
The South Adelaide Football Club capped off a memorable season with its annual presentation night, honouring standout performers across all grades. Here’s a look at the major award winners from the 2025 campaign.
Davis Claims the 2025 Knuckey Cup
Ollie Davis capped an exceptional year by taking home the club’s highest honour, the 2025 Knuckey Cup.
A model of consistency through the midfield, Davis averaged around 23 disposals per game and impressed with his contested ball work, composure under pressure, and durability in playing every match of the season.
Olivier Northam finished runner-up, while Sam Skinner rounded out the top three thanks to several best-on-ground performances.
Soriah Moon Secures Second Margaret Nyland Medal
In the women’s competition, Soriah Moon delivered a season for the ages to secure her second Margaret Nyland Medal.
Moon averaged 18 disposals, 30 hit-outs and 6 Clearances per game while regularly being judged best on ground in decisive matches. Her leadership and consistency made her the clear standout in 2025.
Emma Charlton was runner up after an impressive year, while Caitlin Couch capped another strong campaign with third place following several standout displays.
Lachlan Scott Wins J L Brown Trophy for Reserves
The J L Brown Trophy for Reserves Best and Fairest was awarded to Lachlan Scott who proved one of the most reliable and influential performers at the level.
Development League Best and Fairest: Mel Koster
Mel Koster was recognised with the Development League Best and Fairest after a season of growth and consistency.
Mark Naley Medal: Kodah Edwards
Kodah Edwards claimed the Mark Naley Medal as recognition of his impact and maturity.
Edwards produced several standout games with 19 disposals and 5 clearances per game.
Under 16 Best and Fairest: Jayce Potter
Jayce Potter earned the Under-16 Best and Fairest after an excellent year where he often collected more than 25 possessions per game along with 4 tackles a game
