Elliot Dunkin heads South

25 October 2021

The Panthers sign Elliot Dunkin.

The 22-year old from West Adelaide will make his way to Flinders University Stadium for the next two seasons.

The talented rebounding defender, is a good ball user which was shown in 2019 when he went at an elite 75.6% efficiency by foot.

A PHOS Camden junior, Dunkin made his SANFL League debut in 2018 and would go on to play a total of 41 games for West Adelaide, playing 15 in 2021.

Senior Coach Jarrad Wright is really looking forward to what Dunkin will bring to the side in 2022.

"Elliot is a very composed and skilled ball user across half back, which is an area of need for our backline" Wright said.

"Elliot is one of the most promising young players in the competition, to add him along side our experienced defenders in Matt Broadbent, Jospeh Haines and Capain Matt Rose is certainly very exciting."
