South Adelaide Reserves push their winning streak to three following a convincing 55-point victory over North Adelaide in tough conditions at Flinders University Stadium.

The Panthers booted ten second half goals to the visitors two; to set up the 15.4 (94) to 5.9 (39) win.

It was North Adelaide who drew first blood after just three minutes of play.

However, Brett Kennedy (16 disposals and four marks) was able to reply for the Panthers with their first goal of the game.

Just three minutes later; Jack Fitzgerald (nine disposals and two marks) was on the board with his first goal of the game as well.

The Panthers continued to make the most of the momentum; with Kennedy following up at the seventeenth minute mark to get his second goal of the game.

This late goal saw the Panthers head into the first break with a very accurate 3.0 (18) to the visitors 1.0 (6).

Coming out after the first break; the Panthers wasted no time with Robert Badger (ten disposals, four tackles) kicking truly after just thirty seconds of play.

However, North Adelaide would reply with back to back goals in just two minutes before Kennedy could steady the side with his third goal of the game.

Heading into the main break; the Panthers held a narrow 5.0 (30) to 3.3 (21) lead and had plenty of work to do to ensure victory.

With just a nine-point lead; the Roosters struck first, kicking the first two goals to start the third quarter.

However, this would be the last goals that North Adelaide would kick for the remainder of the match.

Kyle Emery (18 disposals, five marks and three tackles) would kick his first of the game and set things in motion for the Panthers.

Cam McGree (11 disposals and 22 hit outs) kicked truly to join the growing list of goalkickers while Badger goaled late in the quarter to get his second of the day.

Going into the final break with an 8.3 (51) to 5.7 (37) the Panthers still had some work to do to get their third straight victory.

After just four minutes of play; Mark Noble (29 disposals, ten marks and three tackles) joined the goal kickers with his first.

Kennedy followed up just four minutes later with his fourth goal of the game while Emery followed suit just one minute later with his second.

Emery continued this momentum through to the final siren; kicking another three goals before the final siren to put his goal tally to five for the match.

In the dying stages of the game; James Lonergan (18 disposals, three marks and five tackles) kicked truly from a fair way out to bump the Panthers lead up to 55 points.

Sitting just one win below fifth; the Panther Reserves now face Central Districts at Flinders University Stadium on Saturday, August 24 from 11:15am.
