BETTA Team Selection: Reserves SF2 v Glenelg
Following a strong performance against the Redlegs last week, the Panthers make the trip down Brighton Road to face the Tigers on Saturday morning.
With a settled lineup, the Panthers have just one forced change, with Bailey Pilmore sidelined due to a hamstring complaint.
Tall timber Tom Gillett returns after recovering from a hand issue, while reliable defender Max Clifton is also back after recovering from concussion.
The Panthers’ pressure against Norwood was outstanding and will be something they look to bring again this week against the Tigers.
A win on Saturday would see the Panthers reach their first Grand Final since 1991, the year of their most recent Reserves Premiership.
If they lose, they will face the winner of Norwood and Woodville-West Torrens in the Preliminary Final, which would likely be hosted at Magain Stadium.
The Reserves will get underway at the traditional time of 11.30 am on Saturday at Stratarama Stadium, before the Under-16 Preliminary Final between the Bloods and Roosters.
