BETTA Team Selection: Round 8 SANFL v Sturt
Coming off a strong performance against the improving Bloods, the Panthers will remain at Magain Stadium as they face their biggest test of the 2026 Hostplus SANFL season against the reigning premiers.
The good news for the Panthers is they have just one forced change, with Bailey Pilmore succumbing to a hamstring injury. That opens the door for Charlie Duncan, Tye Gander and Corey Grocock, who have all been named in the extended squad.
Phillip Moimoi, who is a strong chance to make his debut, rounds out the inclusions in the extended squad, which will be cut to 22 before the first bounce on Saturday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the Reserves, who easily took care of the Bloods, will turn their attention to the Double Blues, who have won two in a row.
