BETTA Team Selection: Round 9 SANFLW v Sturt
After a disappointing trip to Prospect to face the Redlegs, the Panthers will look to bounce back against the Double Blues at Thomas Farms Oval on Saturday afternoon.
Dual Margaret Nyland Medallist Nikki Nield will miss after suffering a hand injury in last week’s loss to Norwood.
The Panthers will be bolstered by the additions of Litonya and Laquoiya Cockatoo-Motlap, Caitlin Couch and Lily Dunstall-Bruce, who all come into the extended squad.
It has become an important clash for the Panthers, who are now level with both Sturt and Norwood and sit second only on percentage, while the Eagles have skipped away to a two and a half game lead at the top of the table.
The match will get under way at 2:50 pm, following the Sturt and Glenelg Under-18 Boys match earlier in the day.
