The Panthers return to Flinders University Stadium on Saturday afternoon to face Yartapuulti in the Panthers' home First Nations Round clash.

South Adelaide are forced to make at least three changes with Dylan Brown sidelined with a knee injury, Arlo Draper with a concussion, and Noah Howes with State Under-18 commitments.

This will open the door for Charlie Duncan, Jonti Schuback, and Cameron Kirkland, who all come into the extended squad.

Willunga's Lachlan Scott will make his SANFL League debut on Saturday.

Harvey Lambert (SHOC) and Bailey Pilmore (Aldinga) are also a chance to make their debut as well.

Meanwhile, for the Reserves, they travel to Unley to take on Sturt.

Under-18 Benny Barrett will make his Reserves debut.
